Dr. Hongxiang Hui, M.D. PhD.

Dr. Hongxiang Hui is currently the Medical Director of PROACTIFF Digital Healthcare Group, Chief Medical Officer of SMI International Medical Group, Scientist of WLA VA Medical Center. He has served as Scientist and Associate Professor of Endocrinology at the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA); Researcher at the Veterans Affairs Hospital (VA) in Los Angeles, California; Professor and Director of the Center for Metabolic Diseases at the Southern Medical University (SMU) of China, Professor and Director of the Institute of Biotherapeutics at the SMU of China; and Associate Professor of Biochemistry and Molecular Biology at the Fourth Medical University (FMMU) of China.

Dr. Hui is an Internationally renowned expert in metabolic diseases, biotechnology and longevity medicine. He serves as Associate Editor of the medical journal Pancreas (Pancreas); Associate Editor of Frontiers in Gastrointestinal Sciences. He has published more than 250 professional articles, a dozen professional books and 13 patents. Dr. Hui has been actively involved in and led the promotion and application of several new medical technologies and modalities. Dr. Hui has served as a member of the Steering Committee for Clinical Application of Biotechnology and Cell Therapy of the Chinese Physicians' Association; Director of the International Expert Committee of the Special Fund for Metabolic Disease Prevention and Treatment of Health Linkage Development of the China Health Promotion Foundation; Founding Chairman of the Asia-Pacific Precision Medicine Forum; Chief Scientist of the Hong Kong Tongjia International Healthcare Industry Group; and Medical Director of Nutra Life Biosciences in the United States.

Dr. Hui received his medical degree from the Fourth Military Medical University, and his master's and doctoral degrees in molecular biology, and postdoctoral studies at the University of Texas and the University of California. Ultimaxx Health is honored to have him.
