Glenn Mattes is an experienced leader in the pharmaceutical/health care industry. He has held global leadership roles with Rhône Poulenc Rorer (Sanofi Aventis), Centocor and Johnson & Johnson. In leading organizations, he has led teams in the successful launch of blockbuster brands. Seven of those products achieving peak sales in excess of $3billion. In addition to this experience, Glenn has been successful in helping start-up companies raise funds, implement well thought out business strategies, manage life cycles, and create value-creating exit opportunities. He is currently a member of a number of Board of Directors and also serves in the role of Executive Director.
