Black Women Do Workout

Black Women “Do” Workout (BWDWO) was created by Crystal Adell in 2009. Ms. Adell, a Personal Trainer, Technical Writer, and Senior Healthcare Quality Assurance Analyst, has always had a passion for living a healthy and natural way of life. Ms. Adell initially launched BWDWO as a successful Black women’s inspired grassroots campaign on Facebook. Through BWDWO, Ms. Adell has inspired a movement around the world to close the disparity gap on Black women’s health by using positive motivation. BWDWO’s unprecedented National Health and Fitness events serve to satisfy the demand to provide access to health related products, services and fitness events that are hard to find otherwise.
