Tosin Omotayo, CPA is the founder and Managing Member of Omotayo CPA LLC, https://www.omotayocpa.com/ a leading minority owned accounting and consulting firm in the Dallas-Fort Worth area. Tosin has extensive experience in accounting and consulting services. Over the years he has worked with business’s of varying sizes to provide comprehensive accounting services, tax preparation services, payroll services, and assurance services including financial audits, reviews, and compilations. His belief is that CPAs should not have just a transactional relationship with those they serve but should be a trusted advisor that operates at the heart of their personal, family and business environment.
Tosin’s leadership and personal interests extend to his church, mentoring, and other not for profit activities. He has mentored many high school and college students in practical knowledge about small to mid-sized business accounting and other relevant financial issues. Tosin received his BBA in Accounting from The University of Texas at Arlington and received his MBA in MIS from Dallas Baptist University. He is also licensed as a Certified Fraud Examiner and Chartered Global Management Accountant. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, Texas Society of CPAs, and various local area Chambers of Commerce. Ultimaxx Health is honored to have him.
